          I continue to be really fucking miserable because the art work I spent almost 4 hours on has only gotten 2 likes. And I am awaee I am chronically online and shouldn't base my self worth on this shit etc etc, but it still sucks. Why create art if people don't like it.

Complaining here because I don't wanna complain on tumblr. I spent some time on an art piece, posted it on tumblr, and after 2 hours, still haven't gotten any notes. I'm probably impatient, but whatever. Idk. I like to write and draw, and do it for myself obviously, but I'd like for people besides my friends to like my art. I feel stupid, I guess. Like maybe I just suck at drawing, but no one has the guts to tell me so. Like my art is a joke. 
          And like, I have drawn a minor character, but I've seen art with other minor characters get more interactions than mine. I need to get better at drawing NOW. Well, not now maybe, but by the end of this year. 
          ...actually i checked. Got 1 note and it was a like and no reblogs. God, thsi sounds so chronically online but it sucks that people rarely reblog my art
