Well, Rimuru in 8 Deadly Sins would under no circumstances ally himself with the Demon Clan as a whole, not even for situational benefit, and he left quite the mark on the Demon Clan, so he'd hardly even get the chance even if he wanted to so Chain of Command of the Sins would be the answer especially since his main priority can still be achieved alongside them
