Frigid wind bites at your ears as you huddle into your scarf and speed up. Today was probably the wrong day for you to try a new route to your favourite bookstore. You decide to hide from the snow and find yourself under a small awning looking at a sign that read "Frantic's Bookshop"

The bell jingles behind you when you step in and wipe your feet on the mat. You almost feel nostalgic in the shop, the warm lighting and the smell of new books luring you farther into the shop. Taking a right into the first row of books and run into a small person with messy bright pink hair. They almost drop a handful of papers with messily scrawled writing all over. They look up at you, warm brown eyes giving the same cozy feeling as the bookstore. "Oh hello there Y/N! You're a bit early but no worries!" You startle, not having ever introduced yourself to them. You begin to ask how they knew your name but get cut off before any sound had a chance to leave your lips. "I'm sure you don't know me so i'll introduce myself, people around here call me Frantic and i'm the owner and creator of this sweet little bookshop. I hope you look around and stay for a bit, there may not be many choices to read just yet since you're earlier than expected but oh well!" It grins up at you as they walk past you, looking behind themself to wave and say "I really do have to get going but i'll see you later!" and just as abruptly as they appeared, they disappear, never letting you get even a single word in.
