If 'Apocalypse: Third Time Rebirth' got me hooked on apocalyptic novels then this is the one that got me hooked on ancient chinese rebirth novels. It's a bit too gory for my taste but OMG, the plotting and the scheming! Reading this book was such an immersive experience. You just can't look away. The ending was a bit underwhelming but everything else was top-tier. Utter perfection.
