Oh okay. Well you should maybe try talking it out with someone. Like you mom or dad, brother, sisters. Or just try doing something that you really love more than you're used to. Like if it's listening to music, you can set up a really long playlist and listen to is like 24/7. Or maybe write/type out your problems like a ditgital or irl diary.
Also--- I am okay, I just got a cast yesterday but unfortunately about my wrist is that it's on the left hand. On the hand that I write with. So I won't be able to basically write or type a bit.
Also--- I am actually taking ibuprofen for the pain. It is hurting all the time but if I do take ibuprofen, it only hurts at a 1, 2, or 3 level pain. Right now I have yet to take it. But soon, when I fully awaken it will be at like a 4, 5, or 6. On the first day it was like at a full 10. I was crying. Today is the third day.
Also--- have a good day. Try to cope and I hope everything gets better. Don't worry, focus on school and your self. In this time 8th-12th grade and college, is the time to express and explore yourself. So, don't forget to make time for learning about yourself too.
