Due to a lot (mostly depression, not gonna lie), I have not really written any more for my story 'Service Call'. I am an the process, but it's slow-going, so it may be a little while before a new chapter comes out. HOPEFULLY, I will have more for y'all in the next two weeks, but that's mostly up to my brain, and my ability to revise. Well, and for my sis to read/edit my work before I can publish. 
          
          Fingers crossed that I can get more finished in a timely manner. The story is nowhere near complete, so I'm trying to sit my ass down and get to work.

After clost to six weeks of writer's block, I have written 3.5 pages of new content. I would be writting more, but my brain is fuzzy from lack of sleep and my wrist hurts like a son-of-a-me. Hoping to keep progress and get a few new chapters typed and sent to my editor (sister, lol) for proofing so I can publish without breaks.

I'm so sorry to all my lovely followers who are reading Service Call. I have been completely wrapped up in reading a story for the past several days, and I nearly forgot to post chapter 3 today! I really can be an airhead sometimes.
          
          It's a short chapter this week - just under 1500 words - but it's a necessary evil to keep the chapters from being too long. I've been breaking the chapters into chunks that make sense when I type them, so hopefully the longer chapters will make up for the shorter ones. Next week's chapter is more than twice the length, so hang in there.

After a long wait, I have published the first chapter of my NaLu AU - Service Call. I currently have nine chapters typed and ready to go, and am working on more. The plan is to release one per week, so hopefully I can keep up the writing to meet this schedule. 
          
          Since the first chapter was published Sunday, 11/15/20, I'll publish chapter two this upcoming Sunday. Hope y'all read and enjoy!

I currently have four chapters typed out and ready for editing. With any luck, I will be ready to post the first chapter by the end of this month. 
          
          As of right now, I think I have 8-ish chapters of material written. Once I get the first set typed out, I will start to balance my time between continuing the story, and editing what I've typed up.  My goal (at this point) is to finish writing by the end of January, and have the whole thing published by mid-March. Of course, I have no fucking clue how long this damn thing is going to be, but that is my goal.

Doing some research for my story. I can now understand the purpose of a sawed-off shotgun. Gods, I'm going to be having a fun time if I get reported to the authorities. "No, Sir, I'm not planning on murdering anyone, I'm just trying to write some fanfic!" lol

It's been over three weeks since I posted. I honestly intended this thing to be a one-shot, but it's really not going to be. While I'm not sure exactly where I was back then, I'm currently at 60 (hand written) pages. I haven't begun typing it out or editing, so it could take a bit.
          
          What I do know is what will happen next in the story. But I can't bring myself to write it. Seriously, does anyone else have this problem? I know what I want to write...I know HOW I want to write it...I know exactly what will follow...can not bring myself to put it on paper. In the last 10 hours, I slept for six, and the other four have been me sitting at my desk with a pencil in my hand, desperately attempting to write down what I need to in order to move the story along. Stupid brain!

So, I've FINALLY started writing. I'm actually working on two stories at the moment - one I'm hoping to someday publish, the other is a NaLu AU fanfic. Due to many past writing attempts (and failures), my rough drafts are always written - by hand - in composition notebooks. I think my fanfic will be a short story, but one can never tell these things. My hope is to get it hand-written by the end of this week, and typed and published on here by the end of next week. As I type this message, I have a grand total of 5 followers, but hopefully someone out there will read and enjoy my story. And who knows...if it's any good, it may give me confidence to keep writing. I guess only time will tell.
