I like rules. While I may slip and miss some occasionally, it is never blatant and intentional. Rules are the structure of organized society. My point about the comparison to Mr. Bundy was this ... do you think he woke up one day and said "I think I'll find a few women to bop & drop!" ???  Absolutely not. He began testing the limits as early as he could and waited to see if there were consequences. Certainly with small inconsequential things to start. Eventually he became society's problem. 
          
          Of course, people don't have to end up crazed killers to become a problem to society. The can end up like Bernie Madoff ... or maybe just some shop-lifter ... or a bad driver who does damage to others cars. The point is ... it's not okay to say "I don't follow rules" eventually ... somehow ... this ends up costing those of us who do.
