As some of you know, I have a friend who is a foreign exchange student from Ukraine. She is back at school, and doing okay, though I do not know if she has hard anything from her parents. Sorry guys. I just need to rant. In my health class, my best friend patted me on the head. To us, it's a way of saying hi. Two boys in my class started making fun of med and my best friend. Then, halfway through class, a different boy started making jokes about Russia and Ukraine. My teacher caught that and told him not to do that. The Russia-Ukraine topic is ssnsitive for everyone, but especially in my school. My school has a foreign exchange student from Ukraine who everyone is friends with because she is so nice. She hasn't been at school since Wednesday, and she hasn't been able to contact her family. If you are religious, please pray for her family and all the other Ukrainian families.
