I read your poem for a thousand words and I just wanted to tell how good it truly is. I would have left just a comment, but I thought this gives the recognition it deserves. You most certainly have a poetic soul, from your name to your poem. It was so complete, and such a great representation of the characters and their relationship.... you should pursue poetry, and don't give it up.

          She was a girl
          Who dared
          To face the unknown
          To document things
No one else dared to see.

          She was a girl
          Who felt the urge
          The give the world
          A Gift.

          The Gift was of words.
The girl saw, and heard, and spoke, and felt,
          And the gift blessed her.
It wrapped her in a web of thoughts
          and made her special.

She was a red rose in a white garden.
a girl who sang in a world of silence.
          she called herself 'Gaikokuno'
          and she became
          unknowingly
          a gift.
          a gift to mankind.

          :)
