           Penance had carefully warmed up her meat, making it hot yet still raw and bloody. Strangely, the only thing she had truly cooked were her apples, charred to her liking.

Instead of laughing, Penance looked rather embarrassed, wiping her face.
            
            "I'm sorry, sometimes I forget I'm not at the Temple right now... They're used to this..."
            
            For all her freespirtedness, Penance was only twenty five, she seemed quite insecure in the group, save for Karlach.

            "You haven't been around a lot of Tieflings, have you? I'm kind of like a cat, most of my diet has to be meat and raw fruits and vegetables make me really sick."
            
            Penance grabbed her meat and bit in, blood dribbling down her chin.
            
            "Mmm, the blood is the /best/ part..." Her tail wagged behind her.
