Fantasy AU where Izuku and his mother lived in the kingdom that the Todoroki's rule. When he's about 13 years old King Enji decries that all magic is outlawed. Izuku, having learned magic at a young age, is forced to runaway and abandon his mom. Because of this, he has a bitter hatred toward the Todorokis, especially Enji. 2 years later, at age 15, Izuku meets Shoto, and his instinct is to attack. Shoto tries to say "Wait! I'm not here to hurt you, I'm a friend!" Izuku, having a hatred of his family and trust issues doesn't buy this and says "You're just trying to turn me in to that piece of shit king you call a father!" It takes a lot of convincing and blocking magic attacks, but Shoto eventually gets Izuku to stand down and reveals that since Enji made that law and killed whatever magic-wielders that didn't escape, Shoto and Natsuo ran away themselves and started a resistance against his father. Fuyumi is also part of this resistance as an espionage, sneaking information to the other members. These resistance members include, but aren't limited to, what would be Class 1-A in the normal universe. At some point on their many adventures, it's revealed that Izuku is actually half-elf and the son of All-for-One (where he gets his Elven blood from). Shoto also reveals that he is half-wendigo (which he gets from Enji) during a battle and he's forced to show this to protect Izuku. In terms of Izuku and Shoto's relationship, it starts as a one-sided hatred from Izuku, which turns into a begrudging alliance. This eventually turns into a friendship and later, romantic feelings for each other.
