@Toointense I didn't like how wattpad handled content warnings and age restriction stuff. I feel like there's less of a chance of a fourteen year old kid stumbling onto my stuff, not understanding what it was, and then getting a super warped view of relationships after reading on ao3 than on wattpad. I miss the user interactions on wattpad though. I tried to start a Tumblr but the combination of depression, OCD, being "neurospicy", being an accounting major, and taking a larger course load has really killed all my motivation. Plus I've kinda grown away from the GnR fandom? Idk. I saw GVF in concert recently and Sam Kiszka was really hot. And the Wednesday tv show had some attractive characters. Idk. I'm high af and also drunk right now so this is probably pretty rambly.

Hi. Someone tag dumped some dumb petition to get Wattpad to allow smut on their platform, and it's gotten me good and angry, so I'm going to rant about it to you guys. You should probably ignore this announcement and go on with your day.
First, tag dumping on Ao3, especially tagging fandoms; dick move. Major dickery there.
Secondly, before you all say that I'm being a hypocrite, I specifically stopped posting on here and started posting on Ao3 because of Wattpad's terms of service, not because I was afraid of my stuff getting taken down but because I can acknowledge that the content I write is inappropriate for the target audience of Wattpad and that you have to play by Wattpad's rules since they're a private company.
If you want a full, graphic description of why I think it's bullshit, look up jantolover @yoloithinknot and witness the shitshow that is her bullshit petition.
You should probably just ignore this and wait for me to burn out. The fic has been deleted from Ao3 anyway.
@In_The_Meadow my thing, aside from that mountain of bullsemen that was that tag dump, was that Wattpad is a private company, and can therefore set any rules they want and censor whatever they want. Also, Ao3 exists for a reason lol. Btw, I love your lawyer AU fic :)

I literally posted a chapter, look at the page 5 minutes later and it's buried under a wall (not a wall, a whole skyscraper) of tags :D Anyway, I find the rant unnecessary--Wattpad does what Wattpad does and no amount of ranting (on ANOTHER site, mind you) will change that.

If I started a GnR imagines/preferences book as a joke, how many of you would read it? I'm thinking of doing something that's more aimed at dominate readers, but if there's a high demand for submissives I can add stuff for both sides of the slash. And if any of you guys have suggestions or requests, I'd be happy to hear them.
