So, I finally reached my goal :)
It has been two-and-a-half years since my last message. My career aspirations have changed during this time period, albeit not by much. Rather than pursuing dentistry, I look forward to embarking on my medical career. I will be attending an undergrad program that guarantees my acceptance to med school!
Shadowing dentists and physicians while also engaging in medical-related extracurricular activities, I’ve realized that I always wanted to save lives, to alleviate pain and suffering, on a larger scale than what dentistry offers. I feel a stronger personal connection to medicine — an invisible string — that pulls me toward this path. The sleepless nights and hours of hard work during high school has really paid off. However, I still vividly remember my procrastination and slacking-off moments :)
I hope to further develop my growth mindset during college, reflecting on how I can continuously improve as an aspiring physician and as an individual each day. I am beyond grateful for the Wattpad community and the support it has offered me throughout my teenage years. Without you, I would not have been able to achieve my goals with a positive attitude.
I plan on clearing out my virtual bookshelves and library section during late spring to early summer, leaving the novels I deem impactful on my homepage. Unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to this site often anymore — I believe that I have explored most, if not all, of the best stories. In addition, I plan on fully engrossing myself in the responsibilities I will have to uphold in the future — whether that’ll be adaptability, resilience, diligence, commitment, or maturity.
So, I guess this is a farewell - I wish each and every one of you the best, whether on your future aspirations or on what’s to come.

P.S. everything feels so nostalgic - the books I’ve read a few years ago that had just been fully released at that time now seem so old (TヮT)
