Today... is the 23rd anniversary of the September 11 attacks on America. I wasn't born during that time, but my parents watched it... My father was from Brooklyn, New York and once he saw our country under attack, he wanted to reenlist in the army (he served for 10 years in the army). My dad had that pride of a New Yorker and seeing his city attack, he wanted to go find the ones responsible for this day of infamy. But my mother stopped him because they just started raising my older brothers when they were babies (they were a young family).
In Honor of those who lost their lives on this day. We will never forget you all, you all will always be remembered from the bottom of our hearts. Rest In Peace to the nearly 3,000 victims lost on this day.
Amen.
