'Write Everyday'
That is one of the easier said than done writing advice.
Here is what I learned from Author James Thayer's podcast on how can you practice writing every day in a hassle-free way.
Write for 15 to 20 min, write something, write anything.
You don't only have to write your next blog or continue your next chapter.
Write about how your day was, and write about something you encountered. Describe something or someone you met that day.
Don't worry about logic or your grammar check tools. Just write.
The point is to train your mind to sit down and write. The main outcome of this practice is to jog your writing muscles and let the creative juices flow.
And when you put yourself out of your misery and stop demanding everything to be perfect. These 20 minutes become fun.
So Turn off the internet, open a word document, and Give it a swirl.
