I've finished that project I mentioned! I've been working on it since September (and I thought it would only take a month, lol). One script and 40k words later (okay, it's a little short), it's done! I do have a bit of editing to do before I can even figure out what I'm going to do with it, but I'm so excited.

Just gotta figure out the title:
'Where's my Corpse?", "I Die at the End of Every Chapter", and "It Doesn't Get Better than This" are my top picks. They're all a little creepy. Let me know which one you like best!

          	A sneak peek:

I'm drenched in sweat. Am I alive? Have I died? I'm insane, I know it; the visions I've had--oh God, they're not visions. Visions are what deluded people call, well, delusions.

The boy and the girl, strange versions of my friend and husband, these were signs that I'm in a padded cell somewhere.

That's the twist. There you go. Put the book down. The end. Are you satisfied, reader?

No, of course not. I'm bound. Bound by these delusions, but more importantly, bound by the three-act structure (if you're lucky.)

          	***
Anyway, good night everyone! And oh yeah, happy pride!

I've been pretty quiet on Wattpad because of my work schedule and I'm (finally) close to finishing something. But I'm excited to say I'm participating in Fantasmical this year! The concept, the Starbucks at the end of the world, will most likely be the focus of my next full length project, so I'm playing with it and a possible main character for Fantasmical. Check it out if you like ^-^

Are you going to do the Fantasmical thing this year?

HeroBreaker

@StephanieProchaska Aw, thank you! I'm really looking forward to your entries, too!

That sounds like a fun read! I'm glad you're going to do it again this year — I remember your book from last year and how much I liked it.

@StephanieProchaska I wasn't because I'm close to finishing another project, but honestly I think I might!

Alright, I did it! 10 Chapter Challenge! I have future chapters set for Wednesdays. I'm very happy with the cover and enjoyed working on the premise.

On planet Lark, eight contestants are selected to compete for the emperor's hand. But everyone's got secrets, and some of them are deadly.

What’s up mate :)
I’ve been working on the collab on and off recently, I’ve got a few personal issues to resolve but until then Upside Down is on hold…

Even as a writer it’s really hard to express how thankful I am to have found you and your stories; you may not realize us but you’ve taught me so much. 1.8k others seem to agree with me as well<3

@HeroBreaker Thank you sm!! I’m planning on rewriting Ashes, it feels a bit unrealistic and I accidentally messed up a fact about one of the prisons LOL
Stay awesome and take care mate!

@LNBCreates Dude of course! It's good to hear from you :), and that's very kind of you. It means so much to me that people still read and care about my stories, and it's awesome to hear from other creators here. I can't wait to read more of your work!

Is anyone else working on the 10-chapter challenge? https://www.wattpad.com/story/344726994-10-chapter-challenge
I haven't attempted to pitch something since I was, I dunno, seventeen. I've halted my other projects and am already 5k words deep in character work alone. I've got that butterfly-stomach feeling that I don't normally get in competitions. Just curious if anyone's having a similar experience or would like a writing buddy.

@cinnaminisaur Thank you! That's very kind!

@HeroBreaker Honestly, I think you got this. You made stories before, I think you should trust your insticts and write what you want to and if you feel a bit worried or cautious you can always submit more than one story. You seem creative and know what genres you want to write about so don't worry and have fun.

I crawled over the finish line with Fantasmical.
I mean, like, I submitted my last piece at midnight on the dot. (And, you know, I won't lie, you can tell. I died laughing writing the stupid ending to my last piece.) But I did it! It's done! If you want to read this extremely weird Persephone retelling, please be my guest. Very multiverse, very gay, very "guy only writes in the middle of the night, after ten hour shifts, or on break" vibes.

@sparklingauthoress of course! I'm super excited to read it! And that's how I feel too, I'm just happy this competition got me to write something:3
