@HibikiOtonokoji7 Try to use heating pads if you have any, or take some baths or showers inbetween. Moving around/Exercise usually helps too and helps with getting it out of your system. And drinking a lot of things or taking some kind of medicine that helps with your menstrual cycles. But other than that, it is probably gonna suck if your cramps are bad in particular. Some girls have more painful cramps than others sadly ;w;
