@High_On_Oreos try using mnemonics and acronyms. flashcards, visual notes, etc it all depends on the type of learner you are. try different study methods and see which one helps you remember more. Visual, listening, writing it down, teaching it, depends. Understanding the information is the best way, but when that’s not possible, break it down and use repetition to memorize. Make up practice tests with possible questions, and see how many you get right without notes after studying. don’t forget rest and food is important! hope this helps. i have a terrible memory and i find the things you can understand the basis of, you shouldn’t focus on memorizing, you know? best of luck!
