Burn Baby Burn

Moth to a flame is live now, along with a bonus chapter for GH. I hope you guys enjoy and continue to follow me in my new journey. 

My chest tightens, surprised by how that simple sentiment feels so assuring. 
          
            Ace never encourages me like that. And on the rare occasion that he does it almost always comes with direction or expectation. 
          
           But not Noah. He’s observing me.. listening.. caring? 
          
            Without a second thought I bring the camera up to my eye, capturing a still of a tree that dances in the wind soaked sky, the way nature seems to work together in perfect harmony and paint a picture in unison. I still feel clumsy, but I can be bit more forgiving in this than with the concert shoots. So I let myself relax a little. Sliding my tote bag off my shoulder and onto the ground. I can’t stop , my hands work quickly to capture everything around me. 
          
            Then Noah steps forward, into the sun and without a clue that he’s in perfect line of my lens. He isn’t posing, he’s just standing there naturally with his head tilted upward as the breeze catches his face. 
          
            My finger clicks the shutter before I can even think. 
          
            A small thrill runs through me. And it’s not because of him, that’s what I tell myself at least. 
           it feels like something inside of me is finally waking up. 
          
            He’s different now than on stage. I’m used to moving quickly with him as I capture his moments of performance. When his head is thrown back on a scream or as he rocks his body to the heavy melody that folio carries out. Now he’s just.. him. Basking in the warmth of the sun, letting its hues hit his deep brown hair. Flecks of gold shimmer in the tresses, and his entire face glows with heat. 
          
           I snap another, and then a few more. 
          
           He glances back at the sounds, smiling. 
          
            “Got something?”he inquires eagerly. 
          
           I lower the camera “just testing out the lighting” I lie

Hello my beautiful babes. I wanted to reach out and say hi! I’m working on a new story, slowly but surely. I have had some crazy life changes, so that’s been holding me back lately but rest assured I will be posting soon! <33 all my love 

 Slowing my stride as I  take my time to approach them, I can’t help but study them both. Seeing the crinkles around Ace’s eyes and mouth as he smiles. They’re beautiful signs of a life well lived thus far, those folds have seen countries that only most of us can only imagine laying our eyes on. 
          
            Noah had the faintest dimpled eyes and mouth, so thin they were almost soaked under the iridescent glow of the lights. But as he bowed his head to laugh, I could see them ever so slightly. 
          
            That’s when I noticed the difference. Where Noah always seemed to duck his head down when he laughed or when he was amused, Ace kept his nose in the air. A sign of his arrogance. A way for him to without words tell Noah he was above him. 
          
            Noah cranked his head and locked eyes with me mid conversation with my husband. Our gaze caught up like a fly trapped in a spiders web. Unable to move, unable to unwind ourselves. 
          
            But I couldn’t find a reason to want to. 
          
           Upon resuming my spot next to Ace, giving myself the distance I wanted, I realize that he as well was watching me. Or stalking me rather. Lips locked into his seemingly infamous tight smile. While Noah just beams at me with a toothy grin. 
          
          Noah‘s leg grazes against mine as he repositions himself to sit upright. 
          
            “I’m sorry” he mutters lowly, almost sounding embarrassed.

I’m slowly working on my new story. Would anyone be interested in seeing a little sneak peak of a completely unedited chapter that I have written up? I’m seriously really excited for this new book. I want it to be the one I send off in hopes it gets picked up to be published. So I want to give everyone a little look and get as much constructive criticism as possible.

Hey babies! I miss you guys! ): I’m slowly getting some chapters of my next book written up. Having some lack of motivation rn, but that’s okay. I’m trying to work on cover art for the book, but I’m stuck between two titles. 
          
            The book itself is a forbidden love/ rockstars wife romance. A bit crash, fully chaotic, and of course it’s a BO fic. 
          
            So with that being said.. do we like Moth to a flame or When the curtain calls. Or if anyone have suggestions just let me know! I’m stuck on what to do, and I don’t really talk to anyone in my very small personal circle about my writing soooo
