Yay! I just passed the test for the White-yellow belt in Taekwon-Do! I even managed to split the wooden shelf at the first try! Now I am not the only white belt anymore!!!!

          Considering that your main protagonists are eight years old, I think it suits them. Furthermore, the story is written for middle graders, who are ( I looked that up) eight to twelve years old. They are going to like the illustrations. So, in my opinion, you should keep the pictures, they are really good and you obviously put a lot of work in them.
