Well before all of the 4:44 fanfics come out, let's clear some things up. Beyoncé only had 1 miscarriage. Jay's ex Stephanie is the one that had the stillborn. Stillborn means the baby is born dead and you have to be at least 7 months pregnant for it to be called a stillborn. Beyoncé has only been that far along in her pregnancy with the twins and Blue. The other miscarriage came from Rosario Dawson who he was dating right before him and Bey got serious. Rosario stated that she didn't even know her and Jay were done until she saw him on vacation with Bey in the South of France. Jay went through 3 failed pregnancies with 3 different women before Blue was conceived. She'd technically be his 4th child (Blue IV). I hope this helps a few fans gain clarity.
