While I didn't make it to the longlist of the ONC...I can't say I'm not surprised. The quality fell to pieces in the last few chapters, and frankly, I don't think Izzy and Mairéad's story should have been confined to a novella. I'm still working on editing however, and I hope to someday properly publish Black Diamond. Thanks to everyone who supported the story! 
          
          In other news, my best friend @Meg-An24 story DID make it to the longlist. Show that gal some love if you have the time! She's a fantastic author as well and I'm so proud of her.

It is with great regret that I have decided to unpublish the Devil's Apprentice soon. To those who still read it (all four of you), I'm incredibly sorry. If you want something to read something that's somewhat similar, give "Skulduggery Pleasant" or "The Invisible Library" a try.
