          Quick update since I completely forgot im perfectly okay Now apparently I had just stretched a muscle and since I have a little vitamin d deficiency so it kinda caused pain is just sprayed those muscle pain relief sprays and it was fixed by the next morning 
          Thank you so much for caring and to whoever said i have the hanta virus and that she would kick me man fuck you :(
