Some experiences don't leave visible scars, yet they quietly reshape the way a person sees the world. They change the way you trust, the way you listen, the way you choose silence over explanation. With time, you realize not every chapter of your life needs to be understood by others. Some stories are meant only to teach the one living them, and perhaps that is enough.

Mostly, you feel awful and question everything. Sometimes, you feel too insecure about yourself just because their words hurt way too deeply. Their words are like swords, and you can literally feel the wound getting deeper, but the bleeding is silent—too silent. Your cries of agony are screaming to be heard by people who can't stop being harsh and unkind because you have become a target of their frustration and the expectations they put on you.

Sometimes, you just stay silent and stare into space while they are constantly shouting, or even when they add jabs and taunts in between their conversations with you or with others.

I want to remind you of something: it's rare to find people with a better understanding and knowledge of emotions. People who truly understand the concept of mental health and show up with real care and genuine support without judgment are rare.

It's possible that you simply aren't surrounded by such people, and if you do have these people in your life, then surely, that's a good thing. If your life is filled with people who constantly complain about you, then just know that they can play a big role in making everything feel more difficult and messy.

It's rare to find people who actually support us instead of dragging us down and shaming us just because we make some mistakes. It doesn't matter how big the mistake is; it can still be corrected in a proper and positive way.

People who teach you without constantly criticizing you or getting too loud in front of others just to degrade you are rare.

I truly hope your life gets filled with people who care for you and bring infinite positivity into your life.

How are you doing today? How is your day going? You feel like having a deep and wise conversation with anyone then you can have it with me. I'm listening.

Things start getting messed up when you start looking at someone too closely, not to admire or feel inspired, but to start looking for flaws within yourself. You look at someone and immediately start putting yourself down because you think they are better and you are nothing.

It starts eating you up from inside. You begin wondering, “Why? What is wrong with me?” You may start losing your sleep, your hope, and even your sense of your own unique self just because you are looking at someone and thinking that they are perfect from every angle.

[Read the rest in my book, "SILENT BATTLES," because I can't type everything here on the board due to the word limit. You aren't forced to read it, but this chapter is related to how people may feel about themselves after looking at someone they think is too perfect.

Read the chapter, "Your True Self," and you will understand what I'm trying to say. I hope my words will be helpful to you.]

You may have people in your life who are always there when you feel low and try to bring positivity into your life, and it's a good thing that someone is trying. But there is another thing: you may still feel anxious, empty, and overwhelmed because you want those people to actually notice you for once and realize how real the pain you are feeling is.

I'm talking about those people for whom you put in effort, but they don't acknowledge it because they are too caught up in inspecting your mistakes and constantly reminding you about them, even though you are putting in effort for them and trying your best.

Even if the whole world is with you, if that one person keeps neglecting you or your emotions, it can still keep hurting you, and that's understandable. You will feel different emotions according to the moments you go through, but the most important thing is that you shouldn't stay stuck in that phase for too long, as eventually, it can make things even more difficult.

People treat others according to the thoughts they carry and the mindset they have. Their behavior and words can show who they are and how they deal with different situations and people in their lives.

You get hurt by people you are close to because you feel deeply for them and try your best to stay positive for their sake, but they may overlook everything positive inside and outside of you.

If the environment you are surrounded by is toxic, then you are surviving it every day while still not giving up on yourself and the things that matter to you.

Being positive doesn't mean you won't feel bad or overwhelmed. It means that even during those awful moments, you try to stay patient when every thought inside your mind is screaming negativity.

Staying silent while your head is spinning because of negative thoughts can sometimes be your way of trying to stay calm. Learn to appreciate the little things about yourself because people can sometimes be too blind to notice your biggest efforts.

The art of letting go is realizing that not everything needs to be fixed, explained, or held onto. Some things are simply meant to be accepted for what they are. You can care about something and still understand that holding onto it isn’t helping you anymore. Sometimes, moving forward quietly is enough.

Maybe I wasn't falling apart. Maybe I was becoming someone I hadn't met yet.

One moment of bliss. Why, isn't that enough for a whole lifetime?
