Yes, I am not a 2p but close. I am the EXACT OPPOSITE of that lowly cowardly toad they call Latvia in your world. I would like to torture him for how he acts, but I cannot waste my time on him. Yet.

You see I have more important things to do than worry about Latvia. Important things like taking over the world. Yes, I will take over the world. Your pitiful little world with your pitiful little countries. They do not scare me one bit. I am much stronger than them, and more clever than they ever will be!

And if you are wondering what kind of person I am, then I will tell you.
I have short, light brown hair, with blue eyes. I have a muscular 4'7 frame, and I wear a stylish red uniform with gold clasps on the shoulders. Sometimes I also prefer to wear a black suit too. I also am covered in scars. They mar my face and make me look more threatening. I also like to carry a whip. I'm also a gentleman. 
I dislike partying, drinking, singing, or relationships. I have no time for them, and they tend to destroy a person slowly. I have a strong love for torturing people though, and I do enjoy doing it. I love hearing people scream in pain. :)
My childhood was distressing and wretched. I will not go over it.
The only things I do truly enjoy other than torture are quiet mornings, rain, and my very best friend Inverted!Russia. I do quite like him alot, but he seems to be scared of me. I dont like that he often cries too. He's the closest I will ever get in a relationship.

Now on to the business side of this. It would be wise to follow me. I probably already own the country you live in so it will only be a matter of time before I come sweeping down to collect your land. I already own my empire and then my friend Inverted!Russia owns another (with me secretly ruling it)
