I love a cheesy romance as much as the next person, but writing them, nah. Cheesy tends to mean unrealistic and cringey. Personally, I like the brutal books, ya know, the ones which are at least somewhat relate able, or the ones where its toxic. They're much more fun.

Hopefully gonna be publishing soon, something fun and depressing, something that makes you cry and laugh. High expectations, yeah, especially for a first book, but what the hell, you either win or die trying, and I'd prefer to live.
