Anybody knows why my followers don't get notified when I update/publish stuff? Isn't that a thing or does it have to be in your library first?

My new book that only has one vote and five views that I entered in the Open Novella Contest got shortlisted!!!! That is honestly just amazing. It shows that you can't give up just because you have a little bit of views or whatever and as long as you can publish quality writing, you can and should totally continue to write! I'm so inspired and idk why but I haven't been writing much these days and just been focusing too much on other people and what they do instead of what I can do but now I'm going to focus and get some work done!!!! :)

I had 50+ books in my library and then there are only two now. I tried updating the app but it isnt working. They r all on my other device but like i want it on my phone  what do I do?
