Grr! I hate it when I lose track of a great story. Since I have forgotten its name, can you guys help me out?
          	
          	The story I'm looking for, to put it in a coarse manner, is about a girl who has had a less than charming life and -- when I stopped and lost track of the story -- just gained the ability to see the more, uh, supernatural side of reality and caught the notice of an organization that deals in this sort of thing. Terrible description, yes, but I do recall that a common 'demon' that was everywhere in that world were called Gossips, for their main food source came from the emotions of the world's humans and, like good gossip, found more nutrition with negative emotions--like a bully's humiliation and a parent's abuse. Thanks for the help!
