"Hey everyone, I'm so sorry for the radio silence. I've been dealing with some tough health issues for months now, and things took a turn for the worse when I got into an accident. I've been hospitalized until just yesterday, and I'm still recovering.
          
          My hands are still swollen, so I'm using speech-to-text to type this out - sorry if there are any typos!
          
          I didn't want to share this with anyone because I didn't want to seem like I was seeking attention. But a friend encouraged me to be honest with you all, so you'd understand why I haven't been able to update my book. I know I'd lose readers if I just left it hanging, and that's the last thing I want.
          
          To make matters more complicated, the contest results and prizes are due out this week! I'm not in any shape to handle it myself, so I've enlisted the help of a fellow author (she asked to be paid and I kinda understand the stress, so I paid her a little.)(thank you so much!). They've kindly agreed to help me get everything ready.
          
          Thank you all for sticking with me, even when it seemed like I'd abandoned my book. Your patience and understanding mean the world to me."

@kazeleeknow some judges are not turning up. I'm judging it myself. Please have some patience 

@JOYCEPEN2 oh... My low updates are only due to the fact that I have trouble with my system. I'm not frequent with devices, I could only touch my device maybe once in 3 days. 
          I'm trying tho, I'll try my best to be consistent. Yk, I have a lot of written novels (a lot) but on paper book. What I need is time to be frequent always which is what I'm working on these days... I'll buy my self more time for my books, but in that case, I will accept your offer.
