I am a poet from The North East of England. My stage name is THE JEWELSTER. I have been writing poetry for thirteen years. I was born in Wales, educated in Birmingham, have lived near Durham for three decades and in Scotland for three years.

I am friends with bi-polar mood disorder and rheumatoid arthritis. I also survived a subarachnoid brain haemorrhage at 0650 on Monday 1st October, 1995. I am a born survivor.

I mainly write poems about  adopting a positive attitude to life and about romance.

I have had six Poetry Books published.
