I WATCHED ALL FIVE SEASONS OF X‑MEN.
Yes.
76 EPISODES.
Each 19–22 minutes long.
In just TWO WEEKS.
I AM OBSESSED.
I LOVE IT SO MUCH.
I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING I ENCOUNTER.
AND—
I started X‑Men ’97 yesterday
(only 10 episodes, around 35 minutes each)
I’ve got two episodes left, which I’m saving for tomorrow because ✨emotional preparation✨ is required.
ALSO—
SEASON 2 COMING SUMMER 2026 AND I AM NOT OKAY ABOUT THAT.
If you’re thinking of watching it:
START WITH THE 1990s animated series.
You really only need that to understand everything—and trust me, it’s worth it.
The new series?
Yeah.
It made me cry my heart and soul out. No exaggeration.

Fun fact: KotLC was actually inspired in part by X‑Men and LOTR (Shannon Messenger said it herself ), so my brain is making connections right now.
