Ladies and gentlemen, readers and writers, Wattpad's very own @Lauryn_Low, author of the immensely fun novel Playlist of the Apocalypse novel and a very supportive reader of a few of my own stories, would like to introduce to you: The Shelf to Screen Festival!  ✨
          
          This festival invites independent authors to pitch their books for adaptation by participating film production teams. Selected books will be transformed into a short film, trailer, scene, or series of scenes and screened at a festival in Vancouver, BC. 
          
          Per Miss Low's words, Shelf to Screen Fest is brought to you by a nerdy trio of siblings who love movies, books, and creating spaces for creativity in our community. This event is not sponsored, fully self-funded, and was made for the community by the community. They hope to give all of you Wattpad authors a chance to create something cool :)

          I will say nothing about what happens. Only that I HIGHLY encourage rereading this story. Should you guys choose to reread (which, once again, I very much recommend), please do not spoil the ending! And most of all, thank you all so much for sticking around!! :)
          
          This technically isn't the end of this anthology but more than likely I will be taking a bit of a break from it, mostly so I can find away to make the remaining few stories much shorter.           Just in time for the end of my latest and coolest story in the collection: “Seeking Sensation.” Newest part to it just came out but the FINAL chapter will be out by the end of this month :)
          
          Thank you guys again for sticking around!! You’re doing a better job than I am, that’s for sure haha.

At long last, the first half of the final installment of "Seeking Sensation" is out now!
          
          After experiencing a Povie like no other before, one that gave her an experience as horrifying as it was revealing of a terrible truth, Trinette is given one more offer for her last gig. But of course things are never that simple are they...
          
          This WAS supposed to be the final chapter BUT it ended up proving enormous, and I didn't want another repeat of the ending of The Deus Islands that ended up being 6000+ words and 50+ pages. So I'll be splitting it!
          
          The REAL final part of "Seeking Sensation" will be released by the end of this month. If we're extra lucky, it'll be out by next Saturday. Just remain patient and most importantly: REMAIN EXCITED!

          I won't lie to you guys tho: I feel like most readers and writers on Wattpad are making their way out. It's been feeling emptier lately, and half the talking I see and hear is just AI slop peddling scams into our comment sections. MASSIVE shame considering seeing people's comments on stories were what I loved most about this app. These are a few reasons why I've had less motivation to write on here most days.
          
          But DO NOT FEAR. And DO NOT LEAVE. I will complete "Seeking Sensation." I will complete Bright Lights & Dark Secrets. Hell, I've got plans for more books in the future, and my mixed feelings about this app barely make a dent in my love for writing. So I'll stick around if you guys do :)
