I'm 18 and started doing creative writing when I was ten on my older cousin's laptop before she passed away. She would ask me to write little stories for her so she could read them on her frequent trips to Dubai where she moved to and did business there. When she would leave I'd think of more small stories to write down when she got back. When I was twelve, she didn't come back, but I didn't stop writing stories, and because of her, I fell in love with reading and writing stories. I can't thank her enough for opening me to a part of myself I never knew I had. With her watching over me, I think I finally got the guts to show them to other people besides her. I hope who ever reads my stories will like them as much as she did.
