Before any of you start wondering whether you've landed on an aristocrat's profile - not really. Sir Rob is just a nickname given to me by my inventive readers because of my passion for writing historical stories (featuring feisty ladies, fearless knights, adventure, romance and a healthy dose of humor!)

In real life I'm not a brave knight, but a humble aspiring author and historian from the sunny South of Germany, where I live among the cows, spaetzels and swabians. Despite not being a native English speaker, I try to write English stories because I simply LOVE the language. I appreciate any feedback, since I'm trying to improve! :-)

The funny brown thing on my profile picture is a helmet I wear 24/7, not because I'm a cycling enthusiast, but to protect my literary skull in which a rather important bone has been missing from birth :-)
