Hi there! My name is Jami and I am a new author. I am currently working on my first novel and I also write short stories. I love feedback on everything. I am not a professional so any insight you can give me will be appreciated. My goals for this site are to get some feedback and general reactions to my stories and generate some interest in my writing. Hopefully, you all can keep my motivation up!

A little about my writing, I currently write mixed genre stories. My novel, The Key, is a historical mystery romance! Since I am still learning I like to combine ideas :). I have a BA in English Literature, but I did not want to teach so the only job I could get was a copywriter at a bank. It was absolutely soul crushing work. So, I quit and decided to go back to what I love, which is fiction writing!

A little about me personally, I am a bit of a home body and love watching movies, walking my puppy and taking our boat out on our lake. I also have a little girl that loves books, which is awesome.
