Thanks for making your way through my stuff. Especially for taking the time to vote. It keeps the wind in my sails.

As an aside, I’d love some feedback on Grimmhunter. It’s been a bit of an ‘out of the comfort zone’ work for me so far.

@Arveliot I think my thoughts on Grimmhunter are in the minority here, but I feel that the main character is a bit of a characterless character, in the sense of a goody-two shoes who doesn't really suffer from an obvious flaw(self-sacrificial doesn't count). I guess there has been a shift recently, to readers wanting characters more relatable(?)/understandable, so I personally would have made the main character more mystified, and involve more self-reflection on his current circumstances. Of course, you should probably drop this when you get on to the later chapters, but right now we're six, I think, chapters in. Also, I guess I was hoping for a more grounded description for the limits of his ability, feeling the way he defeated the knife was bizarre. In/from the first chapter, I was expecting to see more of the concept of his yearning to understand the world driving him in his actions in the rest of chapters. (Congrats for getting through my little 'rant', it's not very structured.) I enjoyed the story regardless.

Of course, criticism is going to be a little subjective and I hope I haven't offended you.
