I'm a writer. What more can I say? Oh, tons? Okay.

I live in the South with my family and a couple of cantankerous animals. I enjoy long strolls in the shadows of my brain with a myriad of characters, each of them whispering for me to let them out into the world.

Ummm...no.

Some of them just can't handle the freedom.

I tell stories. No, not lies, though that is pretty much what all writers of fiction do each time we pen a story. Most of my work borders on the dark side and often jumps straight into horror.

I'm not a big fan of stories of little substance. I like characters and scenery and descriptions peppered throughout. I also like 'the feels.' If a story can move me emotionally, then there is a very good chance I will read it again and search out more work by that particular author.

I also have my own philosophies on writing and rules. I guess I'm a snob that way.

One more thing: I'm going to be honest with you all. I am here to find readers for my work. That is the ultimate goal for any writer. We want readers. I want readers.

Enough about me. Tell me about you. I'd like to get to know you.
