I've gotta say something. I can understand getting irritated with some readers comments, some do probably get out of hand. Attacking all of your readers because of those few though? Not okay. Learn to ignore people. Just simply reply if you don't like the book don't read it. Putting your readers down then saying you could be charging for this because you're an accomplished author says a lot about your ego. It says you need it stroked because you know your work aint worth reading. You know someone is going to feel sorry and tell you "but I love this book don't delete it!" It's nothing short of an abuser/abusee relationship.
