I'll be honest. These are not the manifestations of a college-educated individual. I'm a single mom; my education ended in the tenth grade, and my daily vocabulary consists of 'what the shit?', 'holy jeebus!', and sentences containing words that belong to the language my friends so lovingly call 'jo-ish'. With that said, I also want to express how much TLC I put into my passion for writing. I love the feeling of an empty notebook in one hand and a pen in the other; the crisp shuffle of a page in my fingers is like a siren song.
