Salutations!
I'm a Christian, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a reader, a blogger, and obviously a writer. Oh! And I'm an animal-lover and cross-stitcher.
There are a few things that I consider to have truly influenced my writing and views of the world. Since my views of the world are seen in my writing, I would think they are important. The Bible has given me more than you could possibly imagine; it has shaped my views like no other. If this offends you and you desire to leave, I am truly sorry that I would not have the honor of your acquaintance and hope that someday you would find it in your heart to accept that this is what has shaped me.
My role-model as a writer is C.S. Lewis. I adore his Chronicles of Narnia series, and I can't begin to tell you the number of times I've wished my wardrobe opened to Narnia. J.R.R. Tolkien inspired me a little with his creation of Middle-Earth, but, while I thank him for that, I still find that my idea of a fantasy world is closer to Lewis' model than his. So I shall proudly declare myself a Narnian at heart.
I don't do follow for follow or vote for vote. I believe that I should follow or vote if I am either acquainted with the person or impressed by his/her work. I feel it disrespectful to do otherwise.
I love to chat with my readers and fellow-writers. Drop me a line. :)
God bless you all. May the Lion be with you.
Yours truly,
Joanna
