Joni Keamoai enjoys reading and writing in her free time. She is a songwriter, playwright, poet and currently resides in Kaua'i, HI. After the release of a song she composed, Kamaile, Joni decided to finish the folk tale that inspired the mele (song). The love story between a young chief and chiefess, who's story begins and ends in the mountain range known as Kamaile.
