          If you've been following along with my messages, you'll know I've been posting chapters in my new story, The Captain all week.  Well the last two chapters are up now, so if you've been waiting for it to be complete it's ready for you now!  I hope you stop by to check it out.

As promised the first two chapters of The Captain are now live!
          
          ...At great personal risk I might add. While I was supposed to be in line getting on my plane to fly home I found myself busily putting the last finishing touches on the two chapters for you guys so I hope you check it out!
          
          I have been having a lot of fun putting The Captain together and I am super excited to share it. I will be posting up two chapters a day until it is completed next Thursday so don't fall behind ;)

Hey There! Hope everyone is having a good weekend with their families!
          
          I just wanted to let you all know that I've been hard at work for the past month over here putting together a novella and now I'm finally ready to share it with you.  It's set in the same universe as my main story The God Within, only it takes place about ten years earlier.  It does however feature a couple of characters who will be entering The God Within at about Chapter 54 and continuing on into Book Two.
          
          Why is this important you ask?  Because starting Friday 8/18 I'll be posting up parts everyday until the story is complete on 8/24.  I hope you all check it out.  As soon as the week is over I'm going to submit to get Featured, and every read/vote/comment helps!

          From the distant future and the underbelly of society comes a tale of humanity at its worst.  Rocquamport is a filthy place with filthier people and the only ships that come there are the ones to take people away…
          
          Except for one.
          
          Cut off from the nets, hunted, and betrayed, quantum hacker Denise Richards is only too happy to accept the strange job offer that promises him a way off Earth, and a place on the crew of a small starship operating on the edge of the third horizon.  The fact that the ship is based on Rocquamport, a desert colony that doesn’t even have a Charter from the United Planets Congress (UPC), suits him even better.
          	However, when he arrives, the rough, drunken Captain who greets him is very different from the suave, polished, young woman who interviewed him, and his place on the crew is much more dangerous than he was led to believe.  Because the Captain has enemies, and her ship is much more than a simple trader.  But none of that will matter if Den can’t even survive his first week with the Captain…

Just made it to the big 40!  Chapter 40 is up and live, I hope you all check it out.  It's been a long process but I hope everyone is enjoying reading The God Within as my as I have been writing it.  For those of you who've been voting, I want to say thank you, seeing your votes every week makes me feel that much more dedicated to finishing the story.
