I was born June 21st, 1995 in Lowell, Massachusetts. From there I have grown up with my family in Dracut. I’ve lived at home with my two brothers and parents my whole life. Like a lot of kids I had a rough time growing up. I was the really quiet kid in school which led me to not have a lot of friends. My home life wasn’t the best and I grew up fighting with my brothers and family a lot. This left me the black sheep in my family which is where I stand today.
Since I didn’t fit in with most of my family, I was left alone and learned to fend for myself. I got my first job when I was fourteen and spend most of my time earning my own money. I had to work for everything I have in life which is one thing I can thank my parents for. They taught me that nothing in life comes easy or free, and you have to work for everything. Despite having a rough childhood I have grown up into a good person.
High school for me was when I really came out of my shell. They were the absolute worst years of my life, but I managed to get through it. It’s where I really came into my own and found myself. I was always the kid who stuck up for everyone. Because of this I got into a lot of fights in high school. I always had the grades but I never had the motivation to push myself any further. In the years before I did everything to make my parents proud of me like my other brothers have done. Then one day it hit me, I should only do things for myself. In the end the only thing you have is yourself.
From then on I spent more time working on myself and trying to help others. As you can imagine this also made me a lot of enemies. I grew to dislike a lot of people in my school and pushed myself away from them. Then I decided after taking AP classes to try and finish school early. Finally, I enrolled in Middlesex for dual enrollment and this is where I am today.
