Alright, to give everyone a heads up. It's going to take a bit longer than I planned to come back. Things aren't going well. I'm forced to pick up more shifts at work to just earn food and other things. Plus things are getting a little crazy at work.
          	
          	The only kinda good thing is there's talk to get me trained to be a assistant manager. Its not confirmed but it's something the head manager is considering. So if it happens, I'll be even more tired. Just a heads up.
          	
          	I do have some chapters done, just got to do my quality check. I'll post a road map next month so you can see where I'm at.

I don't think I ever admitted this, but I was actually working on a story before I ever had a Wattpad account, let alone had the idea to post any stories on here. It was years ago. I think it might have been around the time RWBY volume 1 came out, but I'm not sure, it might have been earlier. Anyways, I only worked on it every now and again over the years, just when something popped in my head. Over 2 years ago I posted my first story, which was my Momo x male reader story and I kinda stopped working on it. Just updating it every once in a while. Well, I can't remember when, I nearly lost it all. I used a program called MediaWiki. They stupidly use a 3rd party to just use it. Well, that dumb 3rd party program crashed and made me nearly lose everything. I was able to get it back, but the program cant be used do to how it does its crap. MediaWiki compiles it all under 1 note. Yeah, notepad and notepad ++ struggles to open it.
          
          I was holding onto this story because there might be a small possibly I could work with an anime company MIGHT work with me, but reality settled in. no way a Japanese anime company world work with an American. So I got a new idea. Just make it myself by making a small animation company but again, reality settles in. that might not be possible and if it was, it would take years to work, plus needing to make it financially sustainable. I don't even know where to begin with this, let alone where to get the money.
          
          Then, recently, a new idea hit me. I have a Wattpad account and recently just posted my first original story, which is doing better than I was expecting. I could just write it here, in the same light novel style, and fix it up here and there as time goes on. So if the time ever comes, then I would have not only an already established story, like most anime, but one that would be in better condition for the format.
          
          This won't happen any time soon, as I got other stories, but sometime in the future

This series I have planned to last nearly as long as One piece is currently (as of 6/13/2025). Yeah, I will be a long one. If I write that here, I legit might need to put it in separate books.
            
            A part of me wants to work on it now, but I'll hold back for now. Get some more original stuff under my belt first.
            
            Basically, this series will be a school based action series that would blend school elements with adventure. It has an original power system as well as other power systems within it. It will be a pretty busted system. I have ALOT of plans for it. As, the MC will have tons of character development while keeping some of his core traits. Basically, man of my current MCs are actually slightly based on him.
            
            I wanted this series to bring back some classical anime stuff, like martial arts, original Dragon Ball z feel and one piece before timeskip and many other stuff.
            
            IDK when ill ever post it tho, but it will happen sometime in the future.

@Demo2099 I get it. Took me a day to work up the courage to post it, even longer to write it.
            
            Anyway, I use the website version. I'm signed in on my phone. I don't use the app to post stories. I personally use opera gx.
            
            My workflow is I write in a program like Obsidian then copy and paste it to wattpad. This way you'll always have a backup.

@Demo2099 that's how I felt with Forgotten Kingdom. It was such a drastic change from my usual style and it was my first non y/n story. I was nervous as hell.

@starwars582 no, he will grow. I don't want to spoil to much, as they are very important, but his growth will relate to accepting ones self, stop comparing ones self to others, and to have confidence in ones self. I personally deal with these irl.
            
            That's weird, might just be wattpad. I tried on my alt account but it won't let me log in. So I can't even test it 
            
            And thank you. Still got alot of work to do tho.

I'm so nervous but here we go. I just uploaded my very first original story, check it out. Be warned. It's a different style than my usual way of writing, I wanted to try something new and get out of my comfort zone. Hope yall enjoy it.

@Demo2099 could've been better. Work was a mess but I have a new car that works.
            
            I meant to get a new chapter last week but life got in the way. I should have it out by this week. It sucks to as I was almost done with it.
