Hey y'all! (What can I say? I'm from Texas).
I'm Julie Kenner, but I also write as J. Kenner, and I'm a New York Times, USA Today and international bestselling author of a gobzillion books (okay, somewhere in the neighborhood of 45 novels, novellas and short stories in a variety of genres).
I've been praised by Publishers Weekly as an author with a “flair for dialogue and eccentric characterizations,” and I write a range of stories including super sexy romances, paranormal romance, chick lit suspense and paranormal mommy lit.
I'm super-psyched that my foray into the latter, Carpe Demon: Adventures of a Demon-Hunting Soccer Mom by Julie Kenner, is in development as a feature film with 1492 Pictures - and the last time I talked to the production folks there, they said things were still moving forward. Woot!
You can read all about The Demon Hunting Soccer Mom series (and link to retailers to buy all the books!) here: http://www.DemonHuntingSoccerMom.com - Book 6, Pax Demonica, is coming soon!
My first trilogy of erotic romances, The Stark Trilogy (as J. Kenner), reached as high as No. 2 on the New York Times list and is published in over twenty countries, which is really super exciting!
I live in Central Texas, with my husband, two daughters, and several cats.
