thank you for your praise luv <3 i will try to summarise my technique to the best of my capability.
you should know is that i have been editing since i was 13, right now i am 17 however, i have not been consistent since i was 15. This instead of degrading my skills have uplifted them somehow.
I made the cover on ibis paint, using resources i downloaded from pinterest and WeHeartIt.
The edit was extremely simple, what changed it was the color balance and the level of hue and saturation. Both of my covers are the exact same only slight difference in the texts though they seem quiet different to the viewer because of their color.
the text font is extremely important, not only can it complete your edit but also ruin it.
practice and experience will not only help you make good edits but also help you make something out of nothing infact the background i used for the edit was from a youtube video lol
I am what you would call a futuristic editor, some are minimal, some are dramatic, some use anime characters and most of the editing community uses kpop idols . You would need to find your niche yourself, I started as a kpop editor but now i tend to stick to anime and futuristic for the most part.
Being a 'good' editor will take time and years even but it will give you a skill you can boost about to everyone :)
no one can teach you how to make good edits except you yourself.
please dont ever hesitate to ask me about opinions or advice, I would be more than happy to help you out <3
