Hi, everyone!

I want to talk a little about my book, More Than Silence.

I took a brief pause in writing Venom Queen to share this story.

This book highlights identity struggles that teens and new adults face as they come into their own. Even as a thirty-year-old, those struggles resonate with me as I enter new stages of my life. I hope this book reaches my target audience—LGBTQ individuals, young adults struggling with their identities, readers who know what it’s like to feel unseen, unheard, and misunderstood.

This is for you. For a younger version of myself. For *everyone*.

Hey there!

I just finished reading your story, and I have to say I absolutely loved it! The scenes played out so vividly in my mind, it really got me thinking… this would make such an awesome comic.

I’m a commissioned artist, and I’d be thrilled at the chance to bring your story to life visually. Just imagine your characters leaping from the panels, their dialogue in bubbles, grabbing readers’ attention in a whole new way!

No pressure at all, but if this idea excites you even a little, I’d love to connect and chat more. You can find me on Twitter @lunaartsoul.

          Looking forward to possibly collaborating!

          Best,

“Ashe Porter discovers that his brother, Brooks, made a deal with the devil, and Ashe's soul is the price his brother must pay. Despite the obvious strain on their relationship, the two set out together to hunt down the devil and go back on that deal.

With many twists and turns, as well as grueling encounters with monsters they never believed to exist, the brothers soon find out that they bit off way more than they can chew.”

If you haven’t already, check out the first chapter of The Price!

@KDonielle1028 Hey, K. I started reading the first chapter of The Reaper's Curse and I really like what you're setting up here. The prose is easy to understand and you're descriptions of the brothers and they're dynamics made it easy to get sucked in. Great stuff. I'm an aspiring writer, as well. If you feel lead to check out my work, I've got the first three chapters of a booked called Random and Unforgiving on my profile. I thought it had similar vibes to what you do so if you'd like to check it out, that'd be awesome

Hello, and welcome to my page!

I just wanted to post a thank you message to those who have taken the time to read my very first book.

When I first began writing this book, it was during a time when I was starting to find myself again. See, somewhere between recovering from a very toxic relationship and becoming a young mom, I lost who I was. I had once had dreams of becoming a writer and had even been enrolled in a Creative Writing program. At some point, I abandoned my dream and lived a life that was all about survival.

Now, I’m not only a teacher, but I’m also writing again, and it feels amazing. My book, The Reaper’s Curse, has helped me feel free, even with its dark nature.

I was afraid to share my work on any platform, but I’ve learned that taking a leap of faith is not only exhilarating but incredibly healing. So thank you, again, for giving my book a chance!
