Welcome! My name is Kate and I am here to share my poetry and stories for experience and feedback, and I hope to get you caught up in what I have to offer. 

Although there is little content at the moment, as time goes by you will find a variety of creative works throughout my website, from stories in several genres, to poetry written to provoke thought and/or inspire. I hope you will follow me through this journey, which with a bit of luck and a lot of hard work will lead to a career as an author. 

My stories take on a variety of genres, but predominantly are fantasy-thrillers. I aim to write compelling stories which leave you wanting to know more, and I intend to write a mix of short stories as well as ongoing stories which will continue in uploads over the coming months until the story concludes. 

My poetry differs from piece to piece depending on my mood, as my poetry is usually rooted in emotion. However, I have most recently been working on poetry which is not about feelings; rather, it is inspired by imagination and thoughts of wonder. My first poetry upload, N'othae: Re-Entry, is an example of this, and as my first attempt at prose poetry I am intrigued to know what people think of it. I hope to connect with readers and get to know what you are looking for. What keeps you reading? What puts you off? And perhaps most importantly, what might add value for you?
