Are notifications working now?

Hello Kaarina/Wattpad team, 
          
          I am an author and from past two weeks my readers are facing the notification issue and I have already raised ticket for this issue 3 times 
          
          Because of this issue my new updates are getting very less views and comments 
          
          Kindly please look into the issue and request you to resolve it as soon as possible (it’s been 2 weeks already)

Sooo crazy that the notification issue hasn’t been fixed yet and it’s been over a week. Even crazier that it’s hardly been addressed or known about to the majority of Wattpad users because staff hasn’t made it well known. I know people who have been feeling discouraged from continuing their stories because their read/comment/vote counts have substantially dropped, and they wouldn’t have known about it unless me or another author told them what’s going on. 
          
          It’s sad that this won’t even receive a response either. At least give users an update on social media (where it hasn’t even been talked about yet?!). If there’s a reason why it’s taking so long, we have no way of knowing why because staff hasn’t been transparent with us, so we’re just left to assume. Please do better. And this isn’t a targeted message to this particular staff member, because I’m sure this goes higher than them. But if you want more loyal users I suggest doing better.

Hi story update notifications are still down on my end, too. I can only see updates whenever i press on the story and sometimes it turns out that they’ve updated yesterday. My notifications were only up until Jan 28. It’s already Feb 5. Hopefully the issues are already fixed by now

Hi Kaarina, am I on notification restriction? When I update a new chapter, readers don't receive my story notification.

          I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to follow up on the issue I previously reported regarding the lack of notifications for my story.
          
          Despite switching the notifications on and off, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in views and engagement on my recent updates. I suspect this is a result of the ongoing notification issue preventing my readers from being alerted to new content.
          
          As an author, it’s quite disheartening to see a lack of visibility and interaction, especially after putting significant effort into the latest update. I would really appreciate it if you could investigate this bug further and provide an estimated timeline for its resolution, as this has a direct impact on my story’s engagement and overall readership.
          
          I look forward to your prompt response and hope for a swift resolution.

Hello. My readers are not receiving notifications about my story updates. I don't know what to do since the problem doesn't seem to be resolved. I've already contacted Wattpad but I haven't received a response. I'm waiting for your response, thanks.
