I believe that stories do not come to us as simple ideas. They linger at the edge of thought, patient and insistent, until one has no choice but to give them form. The Scarlet Night series was born in much the same way, out of my fascination with the peculiar weight of fate that seems to follow certain souls across time.

This series is, at its heart, an exploration of lives intertwined. Different worlds, different eras, different personalities, yet something remains unchanged beneath it all. A thread that draws these characters together again and again, whether by choice or by consequence. 

I write these books slowly, with care, often losing myself somewhere between reality and imagination. There are moments when the characters seem almost too real, as though they exist just beyond the page. Perhaps that is the true charm of storytelling. One never quite feels in control.

If you have chosen to read this series, then you have stepped into something layered and, at times, confusing. Yet I hope that you will find something within it that stays with you. A line, a moment, a feeling that lingers long after the chapter ends.

And if, by chance, you do, then I suppose the story has done what it was meant to do.
